Postal Bible School is a way of helping
children, young people and adults to understand their Bibles
through interesting lessons sent to them at home.
Each student has a teacher who marks their work and writes to
them and tries to be helpful in every way.
We have, at present, 35 volunteer teachers.
The lessons are posted monthly with no cost to the student
whatsoever except the cost of posting the answers back to KPBS.
The students gain prizes because they earn marks by answering
questions each month. The prizes are Bibles, books,
stationary; etc. chosen from a prize list that is sent on
enrolment.
Postal Bible School is undenominational and is run entirely by
voluntary Christian workers, who believe that the Bible is the
Word of God, and whose only aim is to help the students to
understand for themselves the vital message of the Bible.
Marks are gained, on a sliding scale, for the prompt return of
lessons. A letter of introduction is issued to each student
enrolling with KPBS that provides further details.
Students can stop doing the lessons when
they choose. No pressure is brought to bear on them to
continue.
We would encourage you to send the
application details TODAY so that you can receive your
introductory PBS lessons as soon as possible.
You will also have the opportunity to go to
the Kingfisher Christian Trust Camps and House Parties.
Details of these activities can be found on their web sight
